Our Industry Alliances

Trusted liaison of South Africa’s Leading Music Bodies

At Peech Consulting, we don’t just understand the music rights landscape—we’re active participants in it. Our affiliation with South Africa’s three major Collective Management Organizations positions us to provide informed, up-to-date guidance that directly benefits our clients.

SAMRO (Southern African Music Rights Organisation)

Our relationship with SAMRO allows us to work within the framework of South Africa’s leading performance rights organization, ensuring composers and publishers receive royalties when their composition is publicly performed, broadcast, or streamed.

CAPASSO (Composers, Authors and Publishers Association)

Our connection with CAPASSO allows us to support composers in collecting mechanical royalties  for the reproduction of musical works — such as when songs are downloaded, streamed, copied, or used in audiovisual productions.

SAMPRA (South African Music Performance Rights Association)

Through SAMPRA, we help performers and record labels secure their share of royalties  when recorded music is publicly played or broadcast, such as on radio, TV, in stores, or at events. This is commonly known as needletime.
